This one is common sense but can really help you reduce your carbs. When you are looking at a restaurant menu, try and avoid anything labelled as deep fried, fried, breaded and crispy as these will almost certainly be high in carbs and calories. Instead of these you should look for low carb veggies or lean meats. That way you can be sure you are eating correctly and as per your diet plan.
