In addition to these, you can combine this with eating several low carb high fiber vegetables. It all depends on you.

Plan your meals, especially the first week of your diet. Think ahead of the foods that you plan to include in your first week. You might be tempted to eat your pre-low carb diet meal if by the third day, you can’t think of any low carb meals to eat.
