Days 5, 6 & 7 - Not Much Change

Didn’t manage to find time to post over the weekend but I’m back in full control again today.

Weekend was quite good, managed to stick to the plan with just one minor muesli bar too much. Didn’t drink as much beer as I used to, so that has to be a good thing for my health.

Today my weight was still 206 pound but I have done a lot of manual work today, so hopefully it will start coming down this week. Even a little would be a good bit of inspiration!

Today’s food was sliced ham for lunch and a tin or tomato soup for tea. I know, not very exciting is it!

I did quite a lot of lifting and carrying today, so not in the mood for more exercise and I am aching a bit.

Hopefully tomorrow might see the start of losing a pound or 2 this week.
