Day 17 - 2 Pounds Lost Again

The scales were smiling on me this morning!

Jumped on and I’ve lost 2 pounds, so down to 204 pounds now.

It really seems like the running is doing the job. I’ve been doing more of that than weight training the past few days, so I think I might continue with that for the rest of this week.

Food today was the same and ran for about 20 minutes tonight.
