
Well, as expected the scales didn’t do me any favours this morning!
Back up to 206 pounds. But at least I am back on track today and this week I will be working hard at bringing down another few pounds.
Not managed to do any exercise today, way too busy at work and didn’t get home until late.
Had 2 crsip breads with cheese for lunch and a tin of soup for tea. That will be all for today and I’m staying off the wine too.
