
Weighed 205 this morning, so I think the cardio work is out-performing the weight lifting but I have read that it is still important so I’ll keep to the same routine.
So, I’ve been on my weights tonight and now relaxing.
I have crisp breads for lunch today with cream cheese and had a chicken and vegetable meal for tea. Looking forward to having the weekend off work and hopefully getting some running in!
