206 pounds is getting too familiar!

Been running everyday this week but not really losing what I would have hoped. Actually not losing anything at all.

•    For meats and fish, you can eat just about anything, but make sure it has zero carb. Avoid processed meats from meat delis because they usually have carbohydrates and also nitrates. Liver is also a source of carbohydrates. But the point here is not excluding meat from your low carb diet.

Days 22 & 23 - Really Busy But No Change

Well I’ve been really busy the last couple of days but it doesn’t seem to have affected my weight.

I’m still 206, so nothing lost yet this week.

Still eating the same and ran every night this week.

Hopefully I’ll be able to lose a pound or so by weekend.
